About this place
My home is a mature, new-age communal living environment catering to like-minded, adventurous, traveling spirits. It is nestled on Peak 7 in a quiet mtn neighborhood. Free skier parking & town is <10 min away. The house layout enables privacy, yet permits a social setting; it is 3 levels. Your rooms are on the lower level, sharing a bath w/ 1 other room (showers, changing area, & washing rooms are separate.) Your room has 3 memory foam beds: 1 bunk, roll away, and HUGE built in memory foam couch.

Where you’ll be
Breckenridge, Colorado, United States
My neighborhood is amazing. With no HOA, all homes have a different taste and appeal. You can see the ski resort from my porch, and really feel tucked away in the mountains, yet you are less than 10 minutes from town!
Getting around
A couple of cab services are available, but having a vehicle is my recommendation, ideally with 4wd. Normally roads are snow packed December-March. As long as you have 4wd, and/or are familiar with winter driving conditions, you will be fine.
